Crystal Magic Psychic Center provides spiritual and complementary services intended for personal insight, reflection, and well-being. Services are offered based on availability and practitioner discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or misuse of services.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone/zoom, or in person, subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrival may result in a shortened session without adjustment to the session fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Crystal Magic Psychic Center does not store full payment details.

Due to the nature of spiritual services, sessions are generally non-refundable. However, Crystal Magic Psychic Center understands that energetic alignment is an important part of the experience.

If a client feels they are not resonating with a particular reader during a session, we invite them to notify our staff as soon as possible. In such cases, we may offer, at our discretion:

• A refund for the unused portion of the session
   
• The option to read with a different practitioner
   
• A credit toward a future session
   

Refunds or credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
 

We encourage clients to provide advance notice if unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

• Outcomes and interpretations vary from person to person
   
• No results are guaranteed
   
• Free will and personal responsibility are always honored
   

All sessions and personal information are treated with discretion. Information shared during sessions remains confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, and written materials, is the property of Crystal Magic Psychic Center and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website or its users.
